USRM: Motion to CANCEL JURY TRIAL DEMAND...LMAO...

Well...there it is....they're yanking the bogus, "DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL" as several expert attorney law blogs/articles stated would likely happen....

ALL that "jury" blah blah was just bullshit from the very start- as DOJ/FED cases regarding regulatory law and breaking of said laws rarely ever go to a jury trial- they're decided by judges and administrative law judges....this fiasco was NEVER going to a damn "jury trial" and they knew it from the get go........

Just another ploy/tactic by Comella and gang to muddy the water and now they need to yank it as it looks as ridiculous as it did when they filed it and will just piss the judge off who's going to deny it anyway...

They submitted already for SUMMARY JUDGEMENT so why the hell would a jury be involved....let alone...again...that juries rarely are used in federal issues of this type...let alone that less than 5% of ALL FEDERAL COURT CASES (including up to capital murder) EVER get sent to a jury trial...

SCRATCH ANOTHER ONE DOWN FOR KRISTIN COMELLA and U.S. Stem Cell Inc of Sunrise Florida and Mike Tomas and gang.....it's looking like ZERO HOUR is really...really close now....

The DOJ and U.S. attorney confidence is CLEARLY HIGH that they're going to win this- as no matter what Comella and gang submit, they just say, "Fine, no sweat, no worries...we don't care- file your motion, try and delay, we're all good here- our brief is in and it's air tight so go for it".

Theodore Gradel took the legal council of BIG D.C. LAW FIRM LAWYER TODD HALPERN and SIGNED THE CONSENT DECREE...HALPERN HAS HIS NAME INKED RIGHT ON IT AS LEGAL COUNCIL...

SOooo that's got to weigh heavily on the judge to favor the United States as Plaintiff as to why the other defendant (Comella and gang) are a hold-out...when their long...long term pal and clinic co-owner and BFF biz partner ejected out of this flaming wreckage and TOOK PERMANENT INJUNCTION.....
