Bull shit, not with OTC stocks. There is no market maker making any market and why it can be manipulated by abusive shorting.

A market maker is assigned on the QX tier not pinks.

WHAT???? Who do you think publishes quotations for Pinks?? That would be market makers. What does Level II show?? Market maker activity.
