I don't know how many hubbers have ever been to Newburgh, NY. But I used to live just up the Hudson from there. And I eat at Blu Pointe on the Hudson quite often. Nobody really flies in and out of Stewart except the military. I watch the military jets fly over head, and rarely commercial.
Nobody was going to fly an archaic 747 from up the Hudson to Russia.
BLTA's clientele was at JFK, hence Brighton Beach. Heck, I was just at Brioso Restaurant and it was littered with Russians. Flying out of Philly would be closer.
Nobody from Beacon, West Point, Cottekill, Fishkill, New Paltz, Poughkeepsie or Woodstock are going to fly to Russia on dilapidated bucket of bolts. Actually, the demographics from Dutchess, Putnam and Orange Count, nobody would fly to Russia from there anyway.
Don't know why anyone would drive from Brooklyn or Queens to fly on this sham.
