It does but apparently not enough to get him substantial credit but... maybe him not wanting to use the land as collateral has to do with the hurdle that caused him to prove to the Govt that the land owner could not take the land back for non payment. Maybe they would have had the same issue had a creditor been able to foreclose on the property. These updates help explain the delays but it doesn't make what's happened with the toxic loans and extreme dilution any easier to swallow. It's a deep hole to dig out of.
