No IND Submission No Partnership No Buyout. Just a company with 3 employees none of which are doing much of anything. Shady Kenny even admitted years ago that PMCB has nothing to do but wait on vendors. Yet Financial reports show he is spending next to nothing on R&D including vendors. Time will eventually show that nothing has been going on other then cashing massive paychecks. IMHO
