PGUS had some really good news come out on their blog (Mexican approval) also

1st round of financing is very close

But the market hasn't seemed to pick this up yet... I don't get why

In fact, we learned first-hand that, post-election, leadership in the top offices in the environmental and tourism departments and ministries of both the state and the federal governments are very supportive of Cielo Mar.
