I didn't mean to imply doubts, i've been by several times since i live in the area and the same cars from mark and rene plus several others were there. the office is large enough to make a few people disappear, so it makes sense it seems empty.
i didn't ask how often they are sending out other diagnostic equipment they sell and if all shipping was done out of that office.

they are at the least going to the office to do something. I'll give them the benefit and consider that it is work that's being done.
