AGAIN, it makes perfect sense from a perception standpoint.

This stuff about Q1 2019 financials being the reason for the holdup makes no sense, since they are not even officially due till May 15 2019.



Release how bad you were with no proof of the amazing progress OR wait one more month to whack the ball out of the park.

Perfectly reasonable scenario that is 100% in line with the accounts receivable conundrum.
