.......AGREED......................all of this is phony pony, imo..........and the frankie fudge payment option PROVES my theory........I have to see it to believe it................but the FCNCA stock conversion program fills in ALL OF THE BLANKS...................

....we come out of this disaster with tax-deferred stock, on the non-IRAs, with upside given the USB merger, frankie made money on the NOLs and got the FCNCA stock gain as an additional discount.........$20mm on the NOLs plus about $35mm more on the stock bloat and time stall, imo............fairly smart transaction...........probably venable LLP behind the scenes..................smart dudes........frankie's partner and hired johnnie bowman..................
