I rewatched the interviews. Especially Hidalgo's presentation and the one with Matthais Lohr. I am confident that that they are trying to get to trials. Hidalgo's Twitter was recently congratulating Von Hoff for an award.

These guys would not be associated with a scam.

I say the silence is noteworthy because instead of telling things are going to get done, they most likely are getting them done.

Either way we should find out more by the end of the month, if its the 15th or another date.
