Although I like the fact that it is small, it is non-brokered, and it appears most, if not all of it will be filled by management. That's a strong vote of confidence. I still believe there is a lot of upside here considering the decisions and moves being made over the last several months. Current market cap is very low and could uncoil down the road. Will take a little time and patience.
