Keep in mind though, although shares may be vested, issued, and outstanding, almost all shares are still restricted. CEO has discretion on whether to unrestrict shares I believe, but keep that share restriction in mind.

An uplisting to OTCQB will allow greater trading volume and consistent trade price of NUGS over time, particularly if what you are thinking comes true in the future. Time will tell!
