Few things here... First, it is wiser to check filings when you have questions like that regarding your investment. If you're investing or trading based off anyone's DD but your own, I can only hope its working for you.

Secondly, more than half the traders here will be gone by April 26th. Also, After January 27, 2019, there was not another note "due" until April 26, 2019. However, Starting February (After the Jan note was paid) There were still dilutors. About 150 million shares were traded between Feb 1 - March 15, 2019. That's when the dilution seemed to subside coming to an end around March 22 this yr.

So what I'm saying is, just because there is a note "due by " April 26, does not mean it has not been taken care of. If that note was due, they are not going to wait until April 26 to start collecting, as it is "due by" that date. We currently have no diluters on the ask that are not running away when tapped. My guess, & its only a guess, that note is done. There was only a flood of millions of shares that hit the market after Jan's note , because prior to Jan, the stock was trading much higher.

Since we're pulling things from the 10Q for a scare, here's my pull for a buy....

Revenue

Our revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2018 was $3,093,477

Our revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2018 was $9,763,258

Liquidity and Capital Resources

The Company has identified several potential financing sources in order to raise the capital necessary to fund operations through September 30, 2019. Management believes that it has been historically difficult for minority and women owned businesses to get access to reasonably price capital at scale which creates an opportunity to invest into these companies and receive a greater than average return for our shareholders. That said, being a minority owned business ourselves it comes at no surprise to management that we are having difficulty accessing reasonably priced capital. However, the opportunity to make a significant return for our investors is so overwhelmingly compelling that management has taken short term working capital loans against future receivables in order to timely fund the growth of the company. Management intends to continue doing this in the future whenever it is deemed appropriate
