He has a GRAND AMBASSADOR "Mr. Brewer" who is pumping the hell out of UPZS.

UPZS purchased a shell company "PIZZA FUSION " with 2 stores an NO over seas stores. Pizza Fusion is lying on their website as to the number of stores open. Try calling and order a pizza?

UPZS is lying about wine sales through "CHRISTOPHER STREET PRODUCTS",they don't have the rights to sell the wine.

UPZS claims they have a 50 % ownership in CREDO VENTURES LLC (tap house sports grill). Check out the State of California website for corporate ownership. UPZS is not listed on the Liquor license.
