It appears the acquisitions were synchronized with KKR obtaining LCY and then targeting BioAmber..Word was LCY met with BioAmber in the fall 2017...Enos takes half a million shares.. (options) April 2019...and BioAmber files protection May 2019..I don”t believe coincidences...KKR has a good reputation in acquiring companies...
