He specifically said there's no evidence on using it to calm pets but other unsupported claims he is not specific about.

He frames things in a negative. For example: he says there is a health concern with taking it but then goes on to say in high dosages. He says there's no evidence to support CBD but when pressed admits there's a drug approved with it and that there are benefits.

It sounds like he's not saying anything new but he says the negative and then mentions a positive caveat.
