**** was adding a lot at a certain price point for a few weeks. Any bid above there's they would add to take part of shares sold. But yes lots of sideways mm trades on spread as well.

Yes about 6 million diluted in 18....it looked to be done for now. debt to do with spinoff and ex mgmt.

There are some key dates in previous filings this year to consider. I will give it until then but those involved would only benefit for a run up into that time frame. Why I'm buying
