I disagree...Wont happen on a FRIDAY unless these guys are more incompetent than most pinkys. I told people earlier in the week... They cant keep saying "soon". IR said the filing would be out soon. Not todays filing but the filing for the warrant. I got criticized when I pointed out that they said "soon" on the M/A from December. Todays April. When soon, to them, means 4 months and counting, Dont hold to their soon, as most think of soon, as much sooner. Dont ask IR for soon. Ask for a more definitive week. Not specific date and time, but c'mon guys. How about this week, or by that week. Too much to ask? Quiet period ended new years. Arent you just as quiet? What happened to, we know we went so long with quiet, that when we do talk you will get more than you know what to with it? Really? Youve started talking some. Lies.

They bring this on themselves. IR needs to shut up, or put up. Cause hes the main voice. They missed the filing at 60 days... POINT BLANK. No youre not off a day. Based on filings, you investors are spot on. They are off. Hopefully, this carelessness wont get them halted. Any deal or extension, they clearly left off those who fund the company. YOU... You shouldnt be the last to know a thing. Not a good showing. I expect this sees those same 13s from yesterday and lower come Friday sell day. Watch. Its not on us. It on them, why it gets worse and worse, when it didnt have to.
