Basically they waved the 5k penalty for him to throw the CPA under the bus and get her barred from issuing any reports. Such a joke that they even let someone without a CPA have any role in reviewing. Ultimately it falls on the CPA tho. Hopefully she made enough that it was worth it. She is most likely coming up on the end of her career (licensed in 86') and it was a gamble that they shut down pretty quickly.
