Company has stated they want to get the filings done prior to doing a PR campaign and being vocal to investors, which makes sense, get these massive, major items done and then start to attract new investors after proving you and the numbers are legit.

No one wants to step up and slap the ask and no one really wants to sell so we have a stalemate
