(OTC:BTFL) ("Monarch America" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive Management Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with Greensky Inc. ("Greensky"), a company establishing a marijuana cultivation operation in Colorado . Greensky is currently near completion of a new state-of-the-art 28,000 sq. ft. indoor medical and recreational marijuana grow facility designed and engineered by Monarch America .
