To what end is it important? releasing that info on OTC is useful to us yes, but when you look at where they are at, posting things on OTC isn't really helping them finish building and getting the station done. The people who need to know in China already have their news or have direct contact with Han and the company. Remember that China isn't really the paragon of open information flow.

Right now, posting on OTC only really benefits us and we arnt the ones they are trying to show success to at the moment. Plus since the thing isn't really done yet, there isnt' much to say other than "yep, we're building it". Plenty of companies don't put out PRs for product launches until things are done or close to it.

Look at Apple, probably one of the more secretive public product companies. Tons of rumors, but they announce things when they are almost ready

Yes, it's very frustrating to investors to not have as clear a picture as we would like, and thats where each individual's level of risk factors in. If you need it all spelled out, then OTC probably is the place for you, however if you are able to dig for what you need and willing to take some things on faith, then sometimes you catch the runners.
