I have a problem with the fact that it seems like dilution is the only route to securing enough money to move ahead in US.

In fact lack of cash is the only thing that stands out in the news. Sorry but I'm taking a sabatical as I've been burned this way before but I won't have a problem paying more if the fundamentals look right.
