The Chamber of Commerce person said to the "best of his knowledge" there was no production or shipments. I still find it unusual that in a small community like Hereford (population 15,000) that the C of C is oblivious to what is or is not going on at a new production company. He stated he knew of a secretary working there. I'd suspect if there was huge hiring then he would have said a secretary and 75 employees are employed at the plant. They would be elated if there are new employment opportunities to brag about, property tax revenues etc. I also find it unusual that RSPG says it is in production yet provides no visual proof such as plant photos, number of employees, number of work shifts operating etc. the big question is WHY? Instead, They send a few bottles of water which could well have been produced during a small test run of the facility months ago. I also left a message for the City Manager to call me about RSW and never heard a word. Personally, I dont think we'll know anything until December 10th when investors are allowed into the plant for an open house...
