"2. The date the meeting background package will be sent by the requester"

That doesn't mean that the FDA accepted the proposed date, which could have been but wasn't mentioned in the original PR.
"The FDA has responded to our pre-IND meeting request letter and has asked for the documents to be submitted by April 29th."
