SMALL COMPANY'S GET SUED ALL THE TIME. USUALLY THEY SETTLE OUT OF COURT. THIS ACTION WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON INVESTORS DECISIONS. ANYONE IN BUSINESS KNOWS THAT THIS STUFF HAPPENS ALL THE TIME
