Yes, it is completed. We are tying up a few “statutory requirements”; I expect those to be completed this week.

 

At this juncture, we are continuing to remain involved in day to day business, we are happy to do so; given BioCann Pharma being solely focused on their day to day operations; not with shareholder questions and communications.
