By using the term reiterate he was only stating refer to the LTS it's a quiet period .in the last hr before the date expired offical update was given via Twitter yes it was disappointing .but at the same time Dr Schena imo conveyed as much information allowable at that time to not violate the quiet period.
For what it's worth I believe since the beginning of RRBB signing on .time lines were anticipated to be quickly achievable. Think about it rrbb showed up in October 2016 with just a yr of financals needing audit .I can see how many believed 12 wks good to go back on track including Mark .unfortunately not the case the intense Monte Carlo audit being conducted took around a year just in pelimanry gathering an review.I would have to surmise this was not expected to be so indepth with other unforseen added delays .bottom line is nothing but 100 percent accuracy in this matter will do to allow Arrayit to achieve thier future goals of uplisting without the pitfalls of haste.nor do I think rrbb would sign off on anything less than 100%.I believe we are in the final stage of this an will be waiting .
