The line about no employees is technically correct, but they do have contractors running the web sites and programming.
One of two scenarios appear viable:
1. The choose a gaming strategy, hire people to pursue it, and become competitive.
2. They remain noncommittal to the gaming industry and find a buyer that wants to take the risk.
