Yes, I did order some shares threw the maxim Group. But I also have an account with Ameritrade, which is my main account. So I will have shares both ways.

The way it should go is the 50/1 RS will occur first on the current O/S. The new shares , which will be bought at the price POST split, will then be added to the new float. So take the current o/s, divide by 50 then add 1,111,111 and you have a close figure to the new O/S.

Another nice feature of this move up to NAS. is that the management has agreed to lock up their shares for I believe the next six months!
