believe the courts just stopped or what?

Did they? Gee, let's take a look...

The civil "complaint" against HEMP et al was filed 6/20/19.

Within the first 12 months, 63 dockets pertaining to the case were entered and filed.

As of the last 12 months, only 12 dockets entered.

Beginning next month, only 8 dockets entered over a trialing 12 month period.

The case is dying fast. Nothing there. Came and went three long, drafty, noisey, delay after delay years... for what? A strong case would have been over and done DAY-1, with having already had several years of independent investigation prior to the complaint being filed.

Hasty move from bogus anonymous tip from disgruntled whistleblower. SEC should have probably vetted its sources a little better, huh?

Hail Mary looking more like a duck snort now, right?

SEC still has time to gracefully bow out... convincing a Jury is kinda tough to do without factual matter, what I am told...
