simple - agriculture is a tax free business in china -

there's no direct collection of anything. the local HERB / GANSU guys even got paid some $40MM USD for the "old assets" valued at over $1B USD and frankly - none of it was receipted - we would know -

the reason they don't care (about the usa share owners) is because they're running the "business" with 100% control and what they don't own is under a VIE that doesn't report.

no value left and no reason to give anything away -

by the way in GASNSU the guys in charge wanted absolution from all of the stalking that they did in GANSU before signing over the OLDCO assets to NEWCO owners so you know where that went -

they don't want or need white people to make a @$%&@$ load of money.
