I agree with all your arguments. Very clear, very logical. Where I don't agree is about Naders person.
First, he is no learner. He has nothing learned about his business and the simple logic behind it. How can a dreamer be different? By this, nobody can trust his words. He became a clown.
Second, I observe his persoality in cc and video presentations. He is an egomaniac person, likes too much being admired for the moment. This drives him to his overpromises.
All his promises over the last 6 months failed terribly. He is a nightmare of a highly overpaid CEO.
l miss the imagination that he is taken seriously by anyone at the negotiation table.
