Dinatrum/Alumifuel Power Corporation ("Dinatrum" or the "Company") (OTC Markets: AFPW) March 1st, 2019, Mr. Pedro Villagran-Garcia, President & CEO, is pleased to confirm that the company is not making a Reverse Split since at this moment we deemed it unnecessary. Several shareholders have been asking if we are planning to complete a Reverse Split. The company recognizes the importance of presenting Financial Statements and is working daily to present them to OTC Markets.
