Possibly...possibly not. The company is leaving shareholders in the dark. That's a fact. That fact we don't know is why this is happening. I have my theories. They're quite close to yours, but how would we know for sure without the company sharing financial information with its shareholders. You know, the people who financed this company to make it what it is today(or what it isn't).
One of the funniest transactions I remember from long ago was the purchase of old trademarks from the CEO for lots of money, which I don't think are in use today. The company should get a refund on those purchases. Just my opinion, of course. Maybe those trademarks are worth the thousands upon thousands of dollars the company paid for them. (cough, cough).
