Your statement that "Cecil had millions of shares and he made nothing but bank!" is statement with no proof. The vast majority of Cecil's potential ownership in QSEP is from stock options that can be proven not to have been either exercised or sold. I guess that still blows a hole in the "pump and dump" theories.
