More dilution at .40 with the option to dilute more. With out any real new I am leaning to sell my share next rise in the stock. I feel the dilution is partly for what they said and to make right the violations management made at the expense of the shareholder. I have no facts. Just a feeling, but I will reevaluate the situation as time goes on.
