OWENQ emerged from bancruptcy on Oct 31 2006, it now trades as OC, a common stock. I talked to IR and they said holders of OWENQ will recieve 14 warrants for every 100 shares they had. The OWENQ shares are cancelled now. I talked to the transfer agent, [American Stock Transfer & Trust Company Phone: [phone] www.amstock.com ], as to when warrants will be issued. They said the Company has not told them yet. The IR gal at OC said it should be by the end of the year.
