Annual report I saw on OTC site. The updates to the technology was mentioned in the corporate update announcement in Dec.

The retirement of 1.1 trillion shares was announced in the update as well as as separate announcement.

Now none of these announcements mean anything without execution of course which is why I’m skeptical until something happens that will put this further along than it has been in the past.
