If it was legit why the need for bs press releases?

Also why issue 9 million in preferred shsres to possibly repay a loan for 1.5 million?

That equates to 90 million regular shares. That alone tells me this is not legit or will ever amount to any value.

Professional scammers selling shares for there benefit!!!!!
