Greetings: One of our shareholder stepped-up and agreed to plan and design our website. My thanks to that individual. The shareholder has discussed various matters with our Vice-Chairman, Senior Vice-President, and Chief Administrative Officer, Dean, today, and has formulated a plan to publish our website by the end of May, subject to the company's review and approval. May I remind everyone that good things take time; particularly, when the company has been and remains on a strict budget. My congratulations to the shareholder and to Dean for their collective effort to get the job done. In any event, at least, someone stepped-up, which is more than I can say for a significant number of shareholders who repeatedly complain to me and continue to criticize the company for not doing enough to promulgate the respective shareholders' expectations. High five! to everyone who's helping for the benefit of the company and its shareholders. Moreover, here's to the new team at Encounter and to its new direction. -Randy Hudson
