I’m sure you want SGMD to be successful as most do here, but why all the angst? In pennyland you enter knowing the investment landscape is full of potholes and the vast majority of company’s never fulfill their goals or increased stockholder equity. It’s the nature of the beast. That’s why every one of these penny plays reiterate over and over, don’t invest money you can’t afford to lose. For myself, it’s all about execution from SGMD, ie, Jimmy and crew. The next round of filings are the key. If we see revenue recognition of ‘x’ and completed acquisitions, the flavor of discussion on this board changes overnight. Good luck to you
