I disagree with the statement that it's so far out there. A group does take between 75% to 91% control and not use the vehicle or shell to take something public or to raise significant capital. If this was just energy then they would have filed the 10k and we would be fully reporting now. A transaction must have occurred that is being audited that has not been unveiled yet. I don't know what it is but a 1 year audit appears extensive.
