So what is everyone's position here. Should we all just call the SEC see what they know .... I'll do it tomorrow find out what the hell's going on. And the wording on that website it says is purchasing a 200-acre farm! So you're right the wording is very careful. The legal filing has been dismissed without prejudice. It appears that this guy has had some legal issues and has been under the microscope for some time now. It just doesn't make any sense someone would chance going to prison knowing that you're under the microscope. But, people never seem to amaze me. What the hell did I get myself into!
