That's what I said. The 3.5 billion shares added in January are not these shares since the restriction has been removed.

The 3.5 billion for the BIOCANN deal are therefore not issued yet. It takes a minimum of 6 months under rule 144 to remove restriction.

So what was the 3.5 billion added in January for? It can't be this deal. That is the problem. How did get the restriction removed already? Because they were added long before that but the OTC markets web site was not updated.
