Does anyone understand the relationship between the share offering at $1.65 per share ( https://www.wikisoft.com/wiki/Wikisoft_Investor_relations ), and the existing WSFT OTC-listed shares (last traded at $1.75)?

They advertised a similar offering at $1.85/share back in September.

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/09/04/1564823/0/en/Wikipedia-for-Business-Hits-Pre-IPO-Record-before-Listing-on-OTC-Stock-Exchange.html

I find it all rather confusing. Has anyone ordered any shares from them? I'm wondering if the offering will be additional shares of WSFT, or shares under a new symbol.

Wikisoft sounds like a great concept, but I'd like to see some filings or updates to OTC Markets.
