I noticed that most of the stocks that had the chill removed the same day as TFBN are grey sheet stocks that were suspended by the SEC.

Some have even been revoked and no longer trade.

Plus they all fall into the S - U section of the alphabet.

So i'm inclined to say that it has nothing to do with the companies taking action. But I'll try to get a proper answer for you soon.
