Why would Techno be 'told' to 'put a lid on it' anyway? To minimize possible damages from shareholder litigation? That's the most absurd claim I've heard to date. Really. If he WAS told to 'be quiet', then something he knows could affect the company and/or share price, right?? If that's the case, he should not have 'announced' that he was 'told' to be quiet, but should have 'pretended' to be on an extended vacation or something.. Interesting.. I am sorry for those who are holding now, and wish that the drop is simply a perception of failure from distraught investors selling, and NOT an actual failure of the company.
