By the way they have just commited a minimum of 130 million shares to the PP, as well as issuing millions of shares to the principals, they still have the rest of the billion approved shares in hand. I doubt that a paltry 3 million shares would be that big of a deal.

So the questions remain; Why is Tony selling shares at such a high rate if it's not to support the company and if it is, why doesn't the company sell it's OWN shares?
