Looks to me like the 47 million tradable shares that are currently in the float have slowly been exchanging hands since this whole merger bullshit started over a year ago. Such a large amount of shares would be hard to sell without tanking the price, so it’s being done in small increments. Because there has not been any Schedule 13G/D filed, no one entity owns over 5% of the outstanding shares, or at least they aren’t making it legally known that they do.

I’m starting to think the whole goal here was to flip the 47 million float from those who front-loaded early on, to new shareholders at a much higher price. If and when the financials are finally released, I’m expecting to see this drop to sub-penny rather quickly.
